GRYZO is an English food entertainment channel made by Adrian in Poland. Cooking is the centre of every film, but never the whole point.

The stories begin with ordinary pressure: work, time, money, living alone or one craving that will not leave you alone. The food makes the problem visible and, sometimes, makes the week a little easier.

Expect simple English, a Polish-European point of view and food that looks like it came from a cool casual lunch place, not a laboratory.
